CoreControl ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CoreControl mobile application and related services. For any privacy-related questions or requests, you may contact us at support@corecontrol.live.

When you create an account and use the App, we collect information you directly provide, including:

• Email address and name (upon account registration)
• Onboarding questionnaire responses (primary goal, experience level, muscle awareness)
• Training preferences and app settings (vibration, sound, voice cues, reminders)
• Reminder time preferences

To deliver the CoreControl program, we collect and store:

• Current training day and program progress
• Completed sessions (morning and night)
• CoreScore and historical score data
• Streak data and best streak
• Total sessions completed and total hold duration
• Longest hold duration (personal record)
• Weekly challenge attempts, completions, and best durations
• Daily energy check-in responses
• Achievements unlocked and unlock timestamps
• Last completed session date

We store your subscription status (Free or Pro) and trial start date. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google through their respective app stores.

We may automatically collect limited technical information to support app functionality, including:

• Device type and operating system (for compatibility)
• Push notification device identifiers (if you enable notifications)
• App usage patterns for performance monitoring

CoreControl does not collect:

• Payment card numbers or financial account information
• Precise GPS location data
• Camera or microphone data
• Contacts or address book data
• Social media profile information
• Biometric identifiers

We use your information to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Deliver your personalized 90-day training program
• Track and display your CoreScore, streaks, and achievements
• Determine your access level (Free or Pro)
• Sync your progress across sessions and app restarts

We may use your email address to:

• Send transactional messages (account confirmation, password reset)
• Notify you of important changes to the App or these policies
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to understand how users interact with the App and to improve features, training content, and overall user experience. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

If you enable push notifications, we use your device identifier to send training reminders at the times you configure. You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the App.

CORECONTROL DOES NOT SELL, RENT, OR TRADE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR MARKETING OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to strict confidentiality obligations. These may include:

• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers
• Analytics providers (using anonymized or aggregated data only)
• Push notification delivery services

Apple and Google process subscription payments on our behalf. Their collection and use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies. CoreControl receives only your subscription status confirmation — not your payment details.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of CoreControl
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App
• Protect the personal safety of users or the public

If CoreControl is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App's services. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you individually for an indefinite period for analytics and product improvement purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure.

NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS 100% SECURE. WHILE WE STRIVE TO USE COMMERCIALLY ACCEPTABLE MEANS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS ABSOLUTE SECURITY.

In the event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

You may access and update your account information at any time through the Profile section of the App.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile section of the App. Upon deletion:

• All personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
• Your training progress, CoreScore, and achievement history are removed
• This action cannot be undone
• Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through your device settings

You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → CoreControl; Android: Settings → Apps → CoreControl → Notifications) or within the App's Profile settings.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to erasure. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@corecontrol.live.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management pages). These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
